Replacement Policy
We are focused on providing genuine products always. Customers can request a replacement in cases of receiving a different or damaged product, charger/cable malfunction, or any other issue (within 7 days of delivery).
Replacement will be done after verification of images and video if required. Replacement can be processed only once per order. Warranty period is counted from the day of the order. Please ensure the correct model is ordered and used.
Return Policy
Customers can return any product if it is damaged or different from what was ordered. If the customer wants to return a product without any issues, an online verification will be done (within 7 days of delivery).
Return and refund will be processed immediately after verifying the images and products. We will also pick up the return at our own cost.
Refund Policy
Customers will be refunded on cancellation of prepaid orders before shipment. If stock is unavailable for any order, the customer will be refunded.
If a prepaid order is undelivered and returned to us due to a courier issue, a refund will also be provided.
Terms and Conditions
Warranty period is up to 12 months for any purchased product. All issues must be claimed within this period. Claims after the warranty period will not be accepted.
Customers will be contacted within a minimum of 48 hours after a claim is submitted.
If the status of an order is marked as 'delivered' but the customer claims it was not received, the issue will be resolved through coordination between the courier and customer.
Replacement or refund will not be accepted for incorrect order claims after the product has been used. We are not responsible for any phone damage due to incorrect product use.
Refunds may take 7–15 days to reflect in the customer’s account. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, go to the "Cancel Order" link under 'My Account' after logging in. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped, in transit, or delivered.
Orders will be cancelled if the shipping address is found to be incorrect.
