2. Acceptable Website Use

A. Security: Users are prohibited from attempting to violate the security of this website, including accessing unauthorized data, probing system vulnerabilities, or introducing viruses/Trojan horses. General Conduct: You may not use this site to transmit defamatory, obscene, or hateful material, or any content that violates intellectual property rights or privacy laws. C. 3. Warranty and Product Claims

We stand by the quality of our tech.

  • Warranty Period: All Desitech products carry a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. Issues related to manufacturing defects can be claimed within this period.

  • Response Time: Our team will respond to any warranty or support claim within a minimum of 48 working hours.

  • Product Usage: We are not responsible for any damage to your mobile devices resulting from the use of an incorrect or incompatible product. Please verify compatibility before use. Replacement or refunds will not be accepted if a product has been used and then claimed as "wrong order."

4. Shipping and Delivery Disputes

  • Non-Delivery Claims: If our database shows an order as "Delivered" but you claim non-receipt, we will investigate in cooperation with our courier partners.

  • Proof of Delivery (POD): Refunds will not be processed if the courier service provides a Proof of Delivery (POD) with a signature or digital confirmation on behalf of the customer.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it may take 7 to 15 working days to reflect in your original payment method.

  • Exclusions: Refunds are not applicable for physical damage caused by the user or for products returned without original packaging.

6. Liability and Indemnity

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desitech Tirustore Pvt Ltd, its directors, and employees from any claims or losses arising from your breach of these terms.

  • Limited Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our total liability for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific product related to the claim.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of the use of this website or the purchase of any products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
