Returns, Replacements & Refunds

At The Desitech, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If something isn’t right, we are here to fix it.

1. 7-Day "Hassle-Free" Returns & Replacements

If you have received a damaged product, the wrong item, or if your charger/cable is not functioning as promised, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damage/Wrong Item: Please share a short unboxing video or images of the product.

  • Malfunction: If the tech doesn't work, we’ll verify the issue online and trigger a solution immediately.

  • Change of Mind: Even if there is no defect but you aren't satisfied, we will process a return after a quick online verification.

  • Reverse Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address at our own cost. You don't pay for our mistakes.

2. The 6-Month Desitech Warranty

Beyond the 7-day return window, your product is covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty (extending up to 12 months on specific SKUs as mentioned on the product page).

  • Claim Process: Contact care@thedesitech.com with your Order ID.

  • Resolution: We will respond within 48 working hours. Approved replacements are dispatched within 24 hours via our express courier partners.

  • Limit: Warranty replacement can be processed once per order. The warranty period begins from the date of the original purchase.

3. Refund Policy

We believe in transparent billing. Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Pre-Shipment Cancellation: 100% refund if you cancel before the order is dispatched.

  • Stock Availability: If an item goes out of stock after you've paid, we will refund you immediately.

  • Delivery Failures: If a prepaid package is returned to us due to courier issues or "Undelivered" status, a full refund is issued.

  • Timeline: Once approved, refunds take 7–15 working days to reflect in your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • How to Cancel: Use the "Cancel Order" link in your My Account section.

  • Window: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once in transit or delivered, the return policy applies.

  • Automated Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses or failed COD verification.

5. Important Terms

  • Usage: We do not accept returns for products that have been used and then claimed as "wrongly ordered."

  • Compatibility: Please ensure you order the correct model for your device. The Desitech is not responsible for device damage caused by using incompatible or mismatched accessories.

  • POD Disputes: If our system shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, we will investigate with the courier. Refunds are not applicable if the courier provides a valid Proof of Delivery (POD) signed by the recipient.

  • Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
