Monochrome Silicone Case FAQs
What makes DesiTech monochrome silicone cases different?
These are not ordinary multicolour printed covers. Each design is created as a subtle monochrome, tone-on-tone finish on a soft silicone case, so the artwork feels clean, premium and part of the case rather than looking like a loud sticker. The final effect is intentionally minimal and may look slightly different across case colours.
How do I choose the correct phone model?
Please select the exact model before ordering. On iPhone, go to Settings → General → About → Model Name. On most Android phones, check Settings → About Phone. Pro, Pro Max, Plus and similar versions use different case sizes, so choosing the exact model is important.
Will the printed colour look exactly like the website mockup?
The design is intentionally monochrome and reacts to the silicone colour underneath it. Screen brightness, lighting and the selected pastel case colour can make the physical shade look a little different from the mockup. The design itself remains the same; the beauty of this style is its subtle tone-on-tone finish.
Is the silicone case protective as well as stylish?
Yes. The soft silicone body is made for everyday grip and protection against normal scratches, bumps and minor drops while keeping the phone comfortable to hold. It is a slim everyday case, not a heavy-duty rugged or indestructible case.
Will the monochrome design peel, crack or fade?
The artwork is not applied as a separate vinyl sticker that can simply peel off. It is produced directly on the silicone surface for a durable monochrome finish. Like any frequently handled phone accessory, gradual wear can happen over time. Avoid alcohol, harsh cleaners, scraping and abrasive surfaces to keep the finish looking its best.
How should I clean and care for my case?
Use a soft damp cloth with mild soap and water, then let the case dry naturally. Avoid sanitizer, acetone, perfume, bleach, strong chemicals and rough scrubbing on the printed area. Light-coloured silicone can also pick up colour transfer from denim, bags or heavily dyed surfaces.
Why are these cases prepaid / made-to-order?
Your case is prepared for the exact phone model, colour and design you select. Because every combination is made specifically for that order, prepaid production helps us reduce wrong-model returns, fake COD orders and unnecessary material wastage while keeping the offer price competitive.
How long does printing and delivery take?
These cases are made to order. Production and dispatch normally take around 2–3 working days. After dispatch, most serviceable locations are delivered in approximately 3–5 business days, although remote PIN codes can take longer. Tracking is shared once the order ships.
Can I change the model, colour or design after ordering?
Contact us as quickly as possible if you selected something incorrectly. If production has not started, we will try to update the order. Once your case has entered printing/production, model, colour or design changes and cancellations may no longer be possible because the piece is being made specifically for you.
What if I receive the wrong case or there is a manufacturing issue?
Please contact DesiTech support with your order number and clear photos/video of the case as soon as possible. Wrong-item, transit-damage and genuine manufacturing issues are handled according to the replacement/return policy applicable to your order. For model-selection doubts before ordering, message us first and we will help you identify the correct phone.
Need help before you order?
